The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner Kit is designed to effectively remove carryback without damaging belts or splices. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for any conveyor, even 'worst-case' belts. With 24 3" urethane blades, it minimizes belt damage, extends blade life, and offers easy no-tool blade replacement. The kit includes a stainless steel mainframe, dust-tight steel cover door, and options for either hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner. It operates at a max belt speed of 800 fpm, ensuring efficient and reliable cleaning performance.
