The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is a high-performance solution designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. Its 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, it maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
