The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner is a high-performance solution designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt or splices. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is suitable for all conveyor types, even 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized, leading to increased blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the simple no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Additionally, the SAF2™ is available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal blade-to-belt pressure.
