The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner system is designed to efficiently remove carryback from conveyor belts while ensuring no damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized, leading to increased blade longevity. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the system maintains optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
