The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner is an innovative solution for removing carryback on conveyor belts without causing damage. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is suitable for all conveyor types, including challenging belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while blade longevity is increased. The compact clamp-mount design allows for easy installation and the option for blade replacement without any tools. Choose from hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner options for efficient belt cleaning, maintaining cleaning effectiveness regardless of blade wear.
