The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner System is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edges. Its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures optimal cleaning for a variety of conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. Featuring 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the SAF2™ reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. With a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner options, the system maintains consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
