The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner Unit is a durable belt cleaning solution designed to remove carryback efficiently without causing damage to belts, splices, or edges. Its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures effective cleaning even on 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers versatile installation options, and the blade replacement can be done easily without any tools. Available with options for paint or stainless steel mainframe and blades made of tungsten carbide, urethane, or without blades.
