The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner is engineered to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is compatible with all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. Its 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and the blade replacement process is tool-free. The optional hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner ensures proper blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
