The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt or splices. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide tungsten carbide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while increasing blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the simple, no-tool blade replacement system ensures ease of maintenance. Choose from a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner for consistent cleaning efficiency.
