The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaners are designed for efficient carryback removal without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 26 3" wide blades and low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized, and blade life is extended. The clamp-mount design allows flexible installation, while the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Equipped with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
