The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaners are designed to effectively remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all conveyor types, even the most challenging belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, while blade life is extended. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the simple blade replacement system requires no tools. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, maintaining blade-to-belt pressure for optimal cleaning efficiency is effortless.
