The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaner is engineered to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' scenarios. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
