The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these secondary cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3' wide blades requiring only low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized while extending the blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the simple, no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, these cleaners provide consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear, making them a reliable choice for conveyor maintenance and cost savings.
