The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaners are designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belt surfaces, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these secondary cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, and blade longevity is increased. The compact clamp-mount design allows for versatile installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. The SAF2™ cleaners can be equipped with either a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency and durability.
