The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Urethane Secondary Belt Cleaner is a high-performance solution designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belt surfaces, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers versatile installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Equipped with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency, supported by a simple-to-adjust lock pin mechanism for maintaining optimal blade-to-belt pressure.
