The MARTIN® SAF2™ Urethane Secondary Cleaners are designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized while increasing blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and the blade replacement is a breeze with the no-tool design. With options for hot rolled or 316 SS tensioners, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency even as the blades wear out.
