The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Urethane Secondary Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3' wide urethane blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized, and blade life is extended. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. The inclusion of a tensioner with a simple-to-adjust lock pin helps maintain the necessary blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
