The MARTIN® SAF2™ Urethane Secondary Cleaners are designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these secondary cleaners are suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide urethane blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, and blade longevity is increased. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Choose between a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency, while the inclusion of a dust-tight steel cover door provides added protection.
