The MARTIN® SQC2S⢠Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently clean belts from 18" to 96" widths at speeds up to 700 FPM. Its individually-cushioned tungsten carbide blades ensure effective cleaning without damaging the belt, splice, or blade. With a compact design for tight spaces and the ability to withstand high-speed belts and heavy loads, this cleaner offers easy blade cartridge removal, simple cleaning pressure adjustment, and the flexibility to handle belt reversals without damage.

ApplicationMartin Engineering recommends that the MARTIN® SQC2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaner System be installed so the clean ing blade contacts the belt at a point 2 to 4 in. (51 to 102 mm) after the point where the belt leaves the head (discharge) pulley. If obstructions prevent installation at this point, or if additional cleaners are desired, the cleaner should be installed 2 to 4 in.
