With superior temperature resistance, impact strength, and chemical durability compared to Polysulfone (PSU), this sheet exhibits exceptional dimensional stability even after repeated steam autoclaving. Featuring a thickness of 0.750 in, Rockwell hardness of R123, and a heat deflection temperature of 405 ºF, this sheet offers excellent tensile and flexural strength along with stress crack resistance. Precision-engineered for medical components and surgical instruments, it combines dimensional stability, machinability, and heat resistance in one reliable product.
