Super strong but light shot blasting sweeper magnet.The Theta™ is a super strong but light shot blasting sweeper magnet. It is the lightest continuous discharge sweeper of Bluestreak Equipment's continuous discharge models.It is much lighter then most conventional sweepers at only 21 lbs. It is lighter weight because it uses super strong rare earth magnets for lifting power. Because the magnets are very strong there is no need for a huge, heavy magnet assembly. This lighter weight makes for less tiring work for anyone pushing the sweeper.

The super strong N42 rare earth magnets also have exceptional pickup power allowing the Theta™ to pick up 100% of steel shot out of cracks 1" deep. This allows you to thoroughly clean cracks and expansion joints which results in less shot showing up in the finished floor coating which has a direct effect on the quality of the finished floor. It can pick up shot from deeper cracks but gets a smaller percentage of it as the depth increases. The Theta™ features Bluestreak's patented Ripwhirl Technology to continuously clean shot off the magnetic drum as the drum rotates. The shot is automatically deposited into an on board removable debris tray as you push the sweeper.The debris tray holds approximately 22 lbs of steel shot. Because the drum continuously cleans off the magnet, you always have full pickup strength increasing the effectiveness of shot pickup. This eliminates going over the same area multiple times to get all the shot.Productivity is also greatly increased due to the elimination of the clean off and pickup efforts associated with conventional magnets allowing a 40% reduction in clean up time over conventional magnetic sweepers making it almost twice as fast.
