The KPT-0437 1 Mil Polyimide Tape is a versatile solution designed for use in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) production, automotive, and aerospace industries. This tape features a 1 Mil polyimide carrier with a 1.5 Mil silicone adhesive, providing excellent dielectric strength, chemical resistance, and temperature resistance up to 500°F continuous and over 700°F for short exposures. It is flame retardant, very conformable for uneven surfaces, and suitable for applications such as powder coating, E-coating, wave soldering, hot air leveling, and circuit board insulation. Manufactured to meet Class H requirements, this tape ensures reliable performance in demanding environments.
