The 100VM Series High Pressure Needle Valves are engineered for optimal performance in high-pressure environments, with tubing sizes ranging from 1/4" to 3/8". Featuring a non-rotating stem to prevent stem/seat galling, these valves can withstand up to 100,000 PSI (6900 bar) maximum pressure. The metal-to-metal seating ensures a bubble-tight shut-off, longer stem/seat life, excellent corrosion resistance, and durability for repeated cycles. With a choice of Vee or Regulating stem tips, cold-worked type 316 stainless steel body, and aluminum bronze packing gland, these valves are designed for reliability and longevity.
