Vacuum Solutions for the Dairy IndustryOil sealed, air cooled rotary vane pumps provide deep vacuum 29.9” Hg. (~2 torr) needed on packaging applications. All models feature durable tri-voltage motors with a 1.25 service factor. Optional liquid cooling kits are available for high heat environments.

Liquid Separators
Liquid separators protect the pump from liquids in the air stream. A 50 mesh stainless steel screen traps large particulates. Float ball blocks vacuum when bucket is full. Includes bottom 1/2” drain.Standard compact filters are fitted with paper elements. They are easily removed by lifting the stainless steel torsion clips. Inlet and outlet connections are FPT.Liquid separators protect the pump from liquids in the air stream. A 50 mesh stainless steel screen traps large particulates. Inside the screen is a float ball that blocks vacuum flow when full. The clear collection bucket is equipped with a 3/4" drain.Combination liquid separator/vacuum filters are available with up to 6” connections. They are equipped with polyester elements that are 99%+ efficient to 5 microns. Constructed of carbon steel with epoxy coating.
Mechanical Seals
Versatile mechanical seals are applicable for most liquid ring vacuum pumps. A rubber friction ring prevents the seal from sliding on the shaft, eliminating shaft fretting. The seal can be rotated in either direction, as the spring merely provides axial load. Available from our stock in 28mm, 35mm, 38mm, 43mm, and 55mm sizes.

Service Parts For Selectorr And Busch Pumps
Typical service parts, such as filter and rebuild kits, are readily available from our stock. Most replacement items in Selectorr® rotary vane pumps also fit into Busch® vacuum pumpsExhaust filters are equipped with one way check valves, sealing rings, and heavy duty metallic ends. They are available individually or in filter kits, complete with oil filter and exhaust cover gasket.Rebuild kits include vanes, seals, bearings, taper pins, and exhaust valve seat plates. Gasket kits are also offered for a complete pump rebuild.
