The 16 AWG FEP High Voltage Wire provides exceptional dielectric strength, smaller diameter, and excellent durability compared to silicone rubber insulated cables. Its construction ensures resistance to dielectric/cooling fluid degradation, with low DC corona inception for reliable performance. Ideal for high voltage hook up wire applications, this wire offers superior resistance to pin-holing and punch-thru, even with abraded surfaces. Pre-conditioning at 204°C is recommended to prevent insulation shrinkage post-installation. Operating Temperature: -55 to +125 °C.
