The 2-1/2" PVC Full Pattern Wafer Check Valve from the WCV Series offers a robust thermoplastic construction with industry-leading flow rates. This innovative valve eliminates the need for spacers or specialty flanges, featuring a one-piece disc and shaft design suitable for ANSI150 and PN10 flanges. With a High Cv rating equal to metal check valves, lower closing pressure than swing check valves, and pressure rating up to 150 PSI, this valve is ideal for water treatment, chemical processing, marine environments, and more. It meets PVC ASTM D1784, pressure rating standards, and can be customized with 316 Stainless Steel or Hastelloy® disc spring return option.
