The 20 AWG FEP High Voltage Wire features FEP insulation for exceptional dielectric strength, small diameter, and excellent durability. Ideal for high voltage hook-up wire applications in encapsulated power supplies, TWTs, and transformers. With a Tin Plated Copper Conductor and an operating temperature range of -55 to 125°C, this wire minimizes DC corona inception and is resistant to dielectric/cooling fluid degradation. Pre-conditioning at 204°C is recommended to prevent insulation shrinking during temperature cycling.
