The 25% Epoxide Level Epoxyprene Polymer is a high-quality cis 1,4 - polyisoprene with excellent gas impermeability and compatibility with PVC. This polymer, offered in two grades (Epoxyprene 25 and Epoxyprene 50) by Muang Mai Guthrie Public Company Limited of Thailand, features an epoxide level of 25% (+/-2), ensuring enhanced damping hydrocarbon oil resistance, microwave energy absorption, and low rolling resistance. With a glass transition temperature of -47 ºC, density of 0.97 mg/m³, and a Lovibond Color rating of 4.5, this polymer offers superior performance in various applications. Moreover, it meets strict protein level standards (<0.02 mg/g rubber) through the Lowry method.
