The 3/4 Inch Sch. XXH Alloy C22 Pipe is a premium nickel-based superalloy known for its exceptional corrosion resistance and ductility. Also referred to as Inconel® 22 and Hastelloy® C22, this pipe is suitable for various industries requiring resistance to corrosion, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking. Available in seamless or welded options, with a wide size range from 1/8" up to 26", this alloy meets ASTM specifications and offers superb performance at elevated temperatures. Common applications include chemical processing, oil and gas, and waste incinerators.

Common applications include chemical processing, paper and pulp, oil and gas, pesticide production, sour gas services, and waste incinerators. Providing considerable resistance at elevated temperatures, Inconel® 22 has been adopted for nuclear fuel reprocessing, flue gas desulfurization and seawater-based applications.With the nickel as its primary base, Inconel® 22 alloy includes a chemical composition of 20-22.5% Cr, 12.5-14.5% Mo, a maximum of 2.5% Co, 2.5-3.5% W, and 2-6% Fe. For annealing treatment, temperature ranges should remain between 2020 and 2150 ºF. Inconel® 22 is suited for applications that require superior performance at elevated temperatures and for its full spectrum of anti-corrosion characteristics.
