The 500 Series Standard Needle Valve with Soft Seat offers exceptional reliability, featuring 100% helium leak testing for guaranteed performance. Made of electropolished 316 stainless steel, this valve ensures high capacity bidirectional flow with a 0.187" orifice size and a Cv coefficient of 0.76. With a 6,000 psi pressure rating and blow-out proof stem, this valve is designed for long-term durability and ease of maintenance. Replaceable Acetal seat and straight through porting enhance cleaning efficiency, meeting the strictest institutional procurement standards.
