The 3x3 Underground Duct Spacer Base is an essential component for securing duct banks during backfilling in underground installations. This single base spacer features a completely locked-in construction that simplifies alignment, eliminating the need for banding. Its modular design allows for fast and secure field assembly with only two components required: the base spacer and intermediate spacer. These spacers interlock firmly both vertically and horizontally, preventing separation and ensuring a solid support system for duct banks. Additionally, the spacers can be easily snapped together vertically or slid together horizontally, offering flexibility for various field conditions such as duct repair. To meet encased burial requirements, tie wire, cap straps, or a base spacer are recommended for securing the top tier. Designed for use in EB and DB installations, the Vertical-lok spacer ensures accurate separation of ducts, making it a reliable solution for underground conduit setups.
