The 4950 Mobile Prep Station is a versatile and portable air filtration system designed for various industrial applications. With adjustable filter racks catering to different filtration needs, this system offers flexibility for capturing airborne particulates and fumes during painting, sanding, welding, and more. It includes a hazardous location motor and controls, ensuring safety and efficiency. Featuring a durable construction of 14-gauge steel, it promises long-lasting performance. Manufactured using 14 gauge powder coated steel for long lasting durability and performance.
Efficient Filtration 0
Uses standard sized 20" x 20" filters, which are easy to replace. The standard filter set included for its multi-stage filtration system has two sets particulate filters and two sets carbon filters for the removal of odors and VOC's. The 3-Ply Link Panel filters have tested at 99.78 % efficient on paint overspray. In addition, there is a magnehelic gauge to monitor filter efficiency.

Units can be ordered with optional fire suppression system and/or attached curtain enclosure system. Units which include the attached curtain enclosure system have been certified EPA 6H compliant.

The recirculation design eliminates the need for ventilation modifications or make-up air systems, and reduces energy costs by utilizing existing heated or cooled air. The backward curved non-overloading fan wheel is constructed with hollow airfoil blades. The fan wheels are statically and dynamically balanced to provide higher airflow performance at less horsepower, and with minimum air noise.
