The 4x2x2 Intermediate Spacer is an essential component for secure underground duct installations. With a pipe diameter of 4 inches and a pipe separation of 2 inches, this spacer comes in a standard pack of 60 units, each weighing 27 lbs. It simplifies field assembly with fast and secure interlocking mechanisms, eliminating the need for banding. The spacer's vertical and horizontal snap-together capability prevents separation and facilitates easy installation, whether pushing or sliding units together. For added stability during encased burial, it's recommended to use tie wire, cap straps, or a base spacer on the top run. Suitable for both EB and DB installations, this spacer ensures accurate separation of ducts with the Vertical-lok feature.
