The 6mm Zirconia (ZrO2) Stabilized Sputtering Target with Yttria (Y2O3) is a high-purity material designed for sputtering applications. Produced using a hot-pressed method, this target offers exceptional mechanical properties with a Vickers hardness of 1250 Kgf mm-2 and a tensile strength range of 300.00 to 600.00 MPa. Its superior thermal conductivity, a melting point of 2700.00 ºC, and an upper continuous use temperature of 2200 ºC make it ideal for demanding industrial processes. Additionally, the target adheres to industry-specific standards, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.

Material Material
Zirconia - stabilized with YttriaZirconia stabilised with Yttria has similar properties to those of Zirconia stabilised with Magnesia, although it is harder and tougher. It also has a finer grain structure. The non-woven fabrics are felts fabricated by mechanically locking fibres, and firing at a high temperature. The fabrics are flexible and chemically unreactive, being especially stable to hot caustic. Applications include thermal insulation, filtration and catalysis.
