The 910-4 Series Hot Tap Pipe Sleeve is designed for efficient hot tap pipe plug insertion systems. Crafted from carbon steel and featuring AWWA C207 Class D flanges with ANSI 150 lb. drilling, this sleeve is built to withstand high pressures. The fusion bonded Flexi-Coat epoxy finish ensures durability, while the self-energizing Nitrile gasket provides a reliable seal that improves with line pressure. With a unique two-section design and a concave wedge gasket, this sleeve guarantees a tight seal even on rough or pitted pipes. Easy to install without special tools, this sleeve is ideal for a wide range of tapping valve applications.
