The ADP Series Threaded Aluminum Plugs are designed with a dimpled nose section to create a secure low-pressure seal with flareless tube ends. Equipped with a neoprene shoulder gasket, such as the ADP-GN variant, they deliver a reliable seal on the O-ring port's spot face. Optional Butyl or Buna N rubber gaskets are available for added customization. Crafted from 3003-0 Aluminum Alloy, these plugs meet MIL-C-5501/2 and NAS-842 specifications. With dimensions B, C, and D carefully engineered, they ensure a precise fit for 3/16 in tubes with 3/8"-24 thread size.
