The AIROL® Multi-Vane Inlet Diffuser is designed for vertical vessels with vertical flow, offering low inlet velocity head for optimal vapor distribution. With a low pressure drop of 0.5-1.0” wc, this diffuser reduces gas velocity to ensure uniform distribution to vertical flow mist eliminators. Its modular design allows for easy installation through manways, making it ideal for retrofit applications. Constructed from various alloys and equipped with support brackets, it efficiently pre-separates liquid before reaching the mist eliminator, enhancing overall system performance.
