The Alloy 20 Plate is a premium nickel-iron-chromium alloy featuring copper and molybdenum additions, with niobium for enhanced resistance against sensitization and intergranular corrosion. This high-quality plate exhibits outstanding durability against general corrosion, pitting, and crevice corrosion in various chemical environments including chlorides and acids such as sulfuric, phosphoric, and nitric. Ideal for applications in tanks, piping, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, and other process equipment, this alloy offers superior performance and longevity. With specifications meeting ASME SB-463, ASTM B-463, and UNS N08020 standards, its mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 90000 psi, yield strength of 45000 psi, and 40% elongation.
