AMSil™708 is a premium hydrophobic precipitated silica designed for a wide range of industrial applications. With a Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) Specific Surface Area of 100 to 110 m²/g, an average particle size of 7 µm, and a bulk density between 8 to 9.5 lb/ft³, this powder-form silica offers the highest level of hydrophobicity. Ideal for use in defoamers, fire extinguishers, resins, plastics, and more, AMSil™708 provides adsorbent, anti-sagging, and reinforcement properties while enhancing mechanical and optical characteristics.
