The ASC Series Aluminum Caps are expertly designed for aerospace and fluid power applications, providing a protective seal on threaded, flared fittings. Made from 3003-0 Aluminum Alloy, these caps feature a nose section design for a low-pressure seal. Enhance the seal further by adding neoprene, Butyl, or Buna N rubber sealing discs (Series ASC-DN). With dimensions of 0.870 in (A) and 0.710 in (B), these caps fit tube sizes of 1 1/4 in and thread sizes of 1 5/8"-12 in.
