The ASC Series Aluminum Caps are essential aerospace and fluid power protective caps designed to create a low pressure seal on threaded, flared fittings. Crafted from 3003-0 Aluminum Alloy, these caps come in a natural silver color and meet stringent standards including MIL-C-5501/3, NAS-817, and NAS-83. With dimensions A and B at 0.85 inches and 0.760 inches respectively, these caps fit tube sizes of 3/4 inch and thread sizes of 1 1/16"-12 inch. For enhanced sealing, they can be paired with neoprene, Butyl, or Buna N rubber sealing discs from the ASC-DN series.
