The ASC Series Threaded Aluminum Caps are premium protective caps designed for aerospace and fluid power applications. Featuring a nose section design for a low-pressure seal on threaded, flared fittings, these caps ensure secure protection. For enhanced sealing, use sealing discs from Series ASC-DN. Choose from neoprene, Butyl, or Buna N rubber discs. Crafted from 3003-0 Aluminum Alloy, these caps come in a natural silver color. Compliant with MIL-C-5501/3, NAS-817, and NAS-83 specifications, and suitable for 3/16" tube and 3/8"-24 thread sizes, with dimensions A of 0.430 in and B of 0.3 in.
