The Ashcroft 2.5" All Stainless Gauge with PVC and Viton Diaphragm Isolator is a durable and reliable solution for protecting and isolating pressure sensing instruments in industrial settings. Featuring a 1/4" Female NPT Inlet Connection, this gauge isolator ensures total isolation from system media and accurate transmission of system pressure. With a low profile design that eliminates dead volume and simple installation, it offers optimum pressure containment and minimal maintenance costs. The Viton diaphragm is impermeable and convoluted for precise pressure transmission. Reinforced with stainless steel and meeting ANSI Schedule 120 standards, this isolator comes with a 3-year limited warranty.

The Marquest Gauge Isolator provides two fluid chambers separated by an impermeable membrane. The upper chamber (instrument side) is normally filled with a stabilized liquid. The lower chamber receives the media under pressure. Most pressure sensing devices are compatible with 1/4" FNPT outlet. The inlet is standard 1/2" FNPT or 1/4" FNPT. Chemical resistance and purity levels are as recommended for the base materials. No lubricants are used in construction, internally or externally. Custom membranes may be supplied upon request.
