The Autoclave 100VM Series High Pressure Needle Valves are engineered for exceptional performance in high-pressure environments, with a pressure rating of 100,000 psi. Featuring tubing sizes from 1/4" to 3/8" and a non-rotating stem to prevent stem/seat galling, these valves offer reliable metal-to-metal seating for a bubble-tight shut-off. Crafted from cold-worked type 316 stainless steel with aluminum bronze packing gland, these valves ensure excellent corrosion resistance and durability for repeated on/off cycles. With a choice of Vee or Regulating stem tips, these valves are designed for extended thread cycle life and reduced handle torque.
