The Autoclave 10SM and 20SM Series Medium Pressure Needle Valves are specially designed for medium pressure applications, offering the largest-port valves in their class. With tubing sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1", these valves feature a rising stem/barstock body design and a non-rotating stem to prevent stem/seat galling. The metal-to-metal seating ensures bubble-tight shut-off and extended stem/seat life, ideal for abrasive flow and repeated on/off cycles. Equipped with PTFE encapsulated packing, these valves provide reliable stem and body sealing. With a choice of Vee or Regulating stem tip and available in five body patterns, these valves are versatile and durable for various industrial applications. Additionally, Autoclave offers a complete line of fittings, tubing, check valves, and line filters to complement the SM Series valves.
