The Autoclave 10SM and 20SM Series Medium Pressure Needle Valves are designed for medium pressure applications, offering the largest-port valves in their class. With tubing sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1", these valves feature a rising stem/barstock body design with a non-rotating stem to prevent stem/seat galling. The metal-to-metal seating ensures bubble-tight shut-off, enhanced durability for repeated cycles, and excellent corrosion resistance. Additionally, the PTFE encapsulated packing provides reliable stem and body sealing, while the stem sleeve and packing gland materials are engineered for extended thread cycle life and reduced handle torque.
