The Autoclave 10SM and 20SM Series Medium Pressure Needle Valves offer superior performance for medium pressure applications. Featuring the largest-port design, these valves support tubing sizes from 1/4" to 1" with a rising stem/barstock body design. The non-rotating stem prevents stem/seat galling, while the metal-to-metal seating ensures bubble-tight shut-off and excellent corrosion resistance. With a choice of Vee or Regulating stem tip and five body patterns, these valves are designed for durability and reliability in demanding industrial environments. Additionally, PTFE encapsulated packing provides dependable stem and body sealing, making them ideal for critical operations.
