The Autoclave 10SM and 20SM Series Medium Pressure Needle Valves are designed for medium pressure applications, offering the largest-port valves in the industry. With tubing sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1", these valves feature a rising stem/barstock body design with a non-rotating stem to prevent galling. The metal-to-metal seating ensures bubble-tight shut-off, extended stem/seat life, and excellent corrosion resistance. PTFE (Teflon) encapsulated packing provides reliable stem and body sealing, while the choice of Vee or Regulating stem tip enhances versatility. These valves meet stringent durability standards for repeated on/off cycles and are complemented by a complete line of fittings, tubing, check valves, and line filters.
