The Autoclave 10SM and 20SM Series Medium Pressure Needle Valves are specifically designed for medium pressure applications, offering the largest-port valves in their category. With tubing sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1", these valves feature a rising stem/barstock body design, non-rotating stem to prevent galling, and metal-to-metal seating for bubble-tight shut-off. The one-piece stem design allows for easy assembly and packing replacement, while PTFE encapsulated packing ensures dependable stem and body sealing. Engineered for durability with excellent corrosion resistance, these valves are suitable for repeated on/off cycles. Additionally, they come with a choice of Vee or Regulating stem tips and are available in five body patterns.
