The Autoclave 10SM and 20SM Series Medium Pressure Needle Valves are designed for medium pressure applications, offering the largest-port valves in the industry. With tubing sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1", these valves feature a rising stem/barstock body design and non-rotating stem to prevent stem/seat galling. The metal-to-metal seating ensures bubble-tight shut-off and excellent corrosion resistance, while the PTFE encapsulated packing provides reliable stem and body sealing. These valves are suitable for high flow applications and offer a choice of Vee or Regulating stem tips. Compliant with various industry standards, they come in five body patterns and are complemented by a complete line of fittings and accessories.
